Mediamatic in Amsterdam organised  Bio-me Festival. 3-day of talks, masterclasses, tastings and presentations concerning all that is designed with living organisms.

Mediamatic, Officina Corpuscoli and Utrecht University invited artists and designers to start experimenting with Mycelium and research the possibilities for the development of new material and products. They will show you their first results and proud failures. ‘Growing shoes’ was part of this exhibition.
